Everything was great, especially the service. I ordered a necklace and it’s very beautiful. It did come with the cleaning solution and a brush to clean it. The packaging was super sealed, the box that the necklace came in is very nice. I wasn’t expecting the necklace to be super thin. I feel like it’s very fragile and it could snap easily.
