Very pleased with service from this company. Recently, my fiance and I purchased a Montana sapphire for her wedding ring and unfortunately, while beautiful, the stone did not appear in person the way we anticipated from the site; and Lauren was an incredibly helpful rep in not only returning the stone but, helping us find the one we really wanted by sending videos she took herself, of different lighting indoor and out and then expediting it’s shipment out to us.Thank you very much Lauren.
