I had the pleasure to work with Erika from The Natural Sapphire Company on finding a stone for my fiancées engagement ring. I called her and when in New York, I visited her at the companies office in the diamond district of manhattan. She presented me a great array of emerald cut sapphires exactly fitting the measurements I had requested earlier and gave me time to examine and find what I needed. From light to dark blue and in a broad price range everything I could desire was there. She gave me very competent advise and also sending the stone over to my jeweler was no problem at all and worked without any complications. The whole process was smooth as can be thanks to Erika and for the next Stone I will definitely visit her again.
