Natural Sapphires has my business for life. They assigned Lauren as a project coordinator. She worked with me providing 3-D representations of 3 stone settings for me to choose from. And in the end, a phone call and conversation with her regarding the color, clarity and cut of the stones helped me choose the perfect engagement design. My fiance loves the ring. And Lauren didn’t stop there… she followed up to check the ring size, helped me with getting it resized to fit, and handled all the details of shipping. What a fantastic experience! I’ll be coming back for the wedding set.
