I was able to do a thorough search for the sapphire gem stone that I wanted for the ring. Then, I was able to choose from a multitude of ring settings that fit the stone. I requested & received 3-d renditions of the finished ring before making a decision. My sales coordinator, Lauren, assisted and made recommendations throughout the process in a professional, courteous manner. We received the ring on Christmas Eve with all the detailed written analysis and stone characteristics that Natural Sapphire Company provides with their products. After receiving the ring, we needed it resized. Lauren assisted in a no hassle process that put the ring on my wife’s finger one week later! She loves it and will cherish this beautiful ring forever!
