I am a repeat customer having purchased a couple of sapphires and having received my wedding ring from NSC.
I have also, now, needed to use the customer service. I had an incident with a heavy door that banged against my ring, chipping the stone. I was heartbroken. I reached out to NSC to see if they could fix it. Wonderful news is, the did! The charge was not out of line, the service super fast, and my ring looks amazing. I highly recommend NSC.
