Website was very easy to use and it’s great to know the gem you are looking at is the exact one that will be sent. I am so pleased with my product, it’s beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. I was kept up to date with its journey so knew when to start expecting it. Communications are brilliant. The only downside was the customs charge to have it delivered which I wasn’t aware of but that is not a problem with the company it’s just a custom thing. So just be aware if you are ordering to UK you will need about 30 quid once it’s in the country to be released from customs or something. Definitely recommend the natural sapphire company.
