She was patient, accommodating, and very knowledgable about the whole process, which is a blessing in what can be an overwhelming and confusing decision process.

The craftsmanship and attentional to detail of the ring was unparalleled and the stone itself is absolutely breathtaking. I particularly appreciated Lauren working with me step-by-step as we designed the ring, and we were able to look at renderings each time and fine-tune the details. She never once flinched at my specific taste and requests.
