I wanted a sapphire engagement ring in lieu of a traditional diamond. I spent a while researching and then my fiancé and I came across the natural sapphire company. They had the most beautiful unique sapphires I had ever seen ranging in a wide variety of colors, clarity, and cuts and as if that wasn’t enough they had everything I could have wanted or needed help with on the website including a printable ring sizer and a stone size sheet. I picked my ring and placed my order, super nervous, I mean who buys an engagement ring online? Lauren reached out to me to process my order and answer any of the few questions I had at that point. She was even able to send me still photos of the stone that I had chosen just to put my mind at ease that I would be happy with it before they started creating my one of kind piece of jewelry. From start to finish Lauren was there and the customer service she provided was better than any company I have EVER worked with, jewelry or other.
