Everything about this company is first-class. Nothing about this company is haughty. And that combination is a rare treat. I had the pleasure of working with Lauren. She labored tirelessly to help me find just the right blue sapphire and padparadscha sapphire. She must have sent me a dozen photos and videos to make certain I found the perfect stones. I have a feeling that no matter if you’re buying a $400 stone or a $40,000 stone, the same care is given to each client. Lauren is personable, knowledgeable, conscientious, and very responsive. The browsing and buying process was just as it should be… fun! I especially love how the NSC uses a uniform method of in-house grading across all of their gems, with regard to color, clarity, and treatments, in addition to independent lab certificates. It makes it SO much easier to compare stones online and come to a decision; whereas, I felt somewhat lost while searching other galleries. I imagine I will be back to the NSC soon to browse their glorious selection of rubies and emeralds too. They also have just about every color of fancy sapphire in the rainbow, as well as dazzling diamond semi-mounts. No doubt you will find your dream gem or jewelry at the NSC! Ask for Lauren!!
