Natural Sapphire Company provided the BEST customer service I have ever experienced at any store, either online or brick and mortar. I initially reached out to Sam to inquire about an upgraded engagement ring in honor of my wedding anniversary. He responded to my numerous questions promptly and provided videos and renderings to help in the decision. I loved the ring so much my husband and I decided to exchange it and invest in a larger stone. When that ring was received, however, my husband was unhappy with the overall look (no fault of NSC!! My husband can just be funny about what he likes). NSC let us return it and start fresh with a new stone and setting. They truly care about customer satisfaction! I then reached out about a custom wedding band to match the engagement ring, and they went out of their way to source sapphires to match and create exactly what I was envisioning. My new wedding set is beyond my wildest dreams! We are SOOOOOO happy with it!!!! I also fell in love with another stone and ordered a right-hand ring, which is just as breathtaking as my wedding set. Finally, a pendant is in production as I type this. Do not hesitate to purchase jewelry here! I own sapphire pieces from LeVian, and my pieces from NSC are just as well made if not better, and the sapphires themselves leave LeVian in the dust. I highly, highly recommend NSC!!
