A single white round brilliant natural diamond, totaling 0.04 carat, is set above the sapphire to add a pinpoint of icy brilliance. The diamond carries a clarity grade of VS2, very slightly included, and a color grade of F, which complements the cool tone of the 14K white gold setting and the sapphire below.
