Surrounding the central gem are 51 white round shaped mixed brilliant cut natural diamonds, totaling 1.19 carats, with a clarity grade of VS2, Very Slightly Included, and F color, each stone precisely set to form a luminous halo that both frames and elevates the sapphire.
