14K Rose Gold Pave Ring Setting
Accent stones style describes a setting in which smaller gemstones are arranged around the center stone to frame and amplify its optical presence, these accent stones are precisely sized and matched for color and clarity, and are set in graduated or uniform spacing to complement the center gem geometry. In this design the accent stones are bead set along the shoulders, each seat cut with a micro bead technique to minimize metal visibility and maximize exposed pavilion angles, the result is increased total facet face up area and perceptible scintillation when the ring is in motion. Pave style refers to the close set of small diamonds or gemstones placed side by side, without visible metal between stones, the pavé channel is executed by cutting shallow, consistent seats and raising tiny beads of metal to secure each stone so that light passes through the girdle to the pavilion for continuous sparkle. In a true pavé execution you will observe uniform table heights, consistent bead diameters, and tight stone spacing that yields a seamless visual plane, the pavé on this band is engineered to create optical continuity from shoulder to gallery while maintaining adequate metal for long term security.
This custom made ring setting is offered in rose gold, white gold, yellow gold, platinum, and two tone combinations white and yellow, yellow and white, and is configured to accept a range of center stones including sapphire, ruby, emerald, and other gemstones while providing four asscher octagon side stones as complementary step cut accents. The head is a four prong basket with engineered prong geometry to accommodate both brilliant cut and step cut center stones, the gallery opening balances table clearance and crown protection to optimize light return and wearer comfort. Fabrication begins with CAD CAM milling to establish precise prong spacing and pavé seat pitch, followed by hand finishing and laser welding at stress points to ensure durable joints, options include 14 karat and 18 karat gold alloys or 950 platinum for maximum wear resistance. For pavé and accent diamonds we recommend G to H color and VS to SI clarity ranges to achieve visual whiteness and economical durability, the asscher octagon side stones are matched for step cut faceting orientation so their parallel facets anchor the optical axis of the center gem. The overall construction emphasizes longevity, with reinforced shoulders, bead set pavé seats, and polished internal shank contours for comfort, the result is a technically precise, elegant setting that secures high value gemstones while maximizing controlled brilliance.
