Miners working the time honored alluvial gravels followed the subtle clues that reveal sapphire, the glint of a weathered crystal, the whisper of a shape under clay. No enhancement was applied, the stone remaining natural and untreated, and the cutter worked to an excellent polish, refining each facet until it sang.
