The rough crystal was selected for its rare salmon pink to peach tone, a medium color intensity that is neither too faint nor too saturated, and left untreated to preserve its natural character, with no enhancement. During cutting a mixed brilliant pattern was chosen to celebrate both scintillation and flash, the facets meeting an excellent polish that allows light to pass, reflect, and return without obstruction.
