This pendant centers on a transparent 0.74 carat heart shape orangish yellow sapphire, with exact dimensions of 5.71 x 6.11 x 3.04 mm, cut to a mixed brilliant pavilion and crown to balance weight retention with optical performance. The mixed brilliant cut combines a faceted crown with a modified brilliant pavilion, yielding concentrated scintillation from the table and lively dispersion from the lower facets, while the heart shape outline has been gently faceted to preserve a symmetrical lobed silhouette and a sharply defined cleft. Clarity has been evaluated at eye level as very very slightly included, permitting exceptional transparency and light return without visible distractions, and the polish has been finished to an excellent standard to enhance facet meet and contrast.
