Rough and vivid, the 3.60 carat oval sapphire was selected for its transparent body and intense color saturation, its proportions measuring 9.09 x 7.36 x 5.77 mm before the lapidary revealed its inner fire. Carefully heat treated to enhance its natural hue, the gem was given a mixed brilliant cut and an excellent polish, allowing light to dance from its table through every facet. Evaluated at eye level as eye clean, the stone carries the quiet authority of Ceylon sapphires, a heritage of gem cutting that balances brilliance with the storied green tones that make this sapphire so rare and compelling.
