Our team at The Natural Sapphire Company followed that story from mine to bench, selecting a rough that promised warmth and clarity, and guiding it into a refined 2.56 carat, emerald cut yellow sapphire. Carefully shaped into an emerald cut form with dimensions 8.84 by 6.68 by 4.15 mm, the gem presents a sunny, lemon to golden hue with medium color intensity. It received considered heat treated enhancement to gently refine its tone while honoring the stone’s natural origin, and the cutter favored broad step facets to create elegant lines and internal depth.
