This ring centers on a transparent 3.09 carat oval pink sapphire, measuring 8.97 by 7.43 by 5.27 mm, cut in a mixed brilliant style to balance brilliance and depth. The sapphire displays intense color saturation, an excellent polish, and is graded as eye clean when examined at normal viewing distance, attributes that reflect careful sourcing and precision cutting. The stone originates from Ceylon Sri Lanka, a region known for producing vivid and well saturated pink sapphires. Surrounding and accenting the central gem are white round natural diamonds, comprising a grouping of approximately 0.24 carats with clarity grades of VS1 and VS2 and a color grade of F, a grouping of approximately 0.30 carats with clarity VS and color F and G, and an additional grouping of approximately 0.20 carats with clarity VS and color F and G. The diamond configuration is arranged to enhance the sapphire without overpowering its color, and each diamond has been selected for consistent cut quality and optical performance.

The entire setting is executed in platinum 950, a durable and corrosion resistant alloy that provides lasting structural integrity for everyday wear. Platinum 950 is dense and malleable enough to form secure prongs and gallery work, while resisting wear and maintaining fit over time, making it an appropriate choice for a ring intended for regular use.
