Over millennia heat and pressure coaxed aluminum and trace elements into a crystal lattice that now reveals itself as a transparent 1.24 carat emerald cut sapphire, measuring 6.98 x 5.08 x 3.48 mm. The gem arrived to The Natural Sapphire Company with vivid color saturation and an excellent polish that speaks to careful cutting and finishing. At eye level the stone reads very very slightly included which preserves both durability and visual purity. The emerald cut was chosen to emphasize the stone, its clean facets creating a window into a rare bi color display where cool teal and warm golden zones converse as light moves across the table and step facets.
