The pavé technique uses a series of small diamonds or gemstones set closely together, creating a continuous surface of sparkle, and a seamless, elegant look. On this setting the pavé runs along the upper shank and into the gallery beneath the head, forming a subtle visual ribbon of light. The head is designed to accommodate a range of center stones including sapphire, ruby, emerald, and other gemstones, while the hidden halo encircles the girdle from below to provide additional scintillation without altering the clean silhouette of the top profile.
