Would give 10 stars if possible. Flawless and fun experience from start to finish. I bought a 2 carat Padparadscha sapphire and the stone is absolutely stunning. The setting is lovely and shows it to perfection. Yes, it is expensive, but you are buying precious gemstones, so that is to be expected. I scoured the internet and you will not find better selection, service, quality, or value anywhere else. Lauren was responsive, enthusiastic, and patient with my (many) requests for extra photos, videos, etc. she also gave me her honest assessment about how the stone looked in person, which turned out to be 100 percent accurate and which I truly appreciate.
