Our experience with the Natural Sapphire Co could only have been better if we flew to NY – our virtual experience was absolutely fantastic. Lauren Kelly-Nelson was the perfect host/guide/customer service person in every aspect! She patiently answered our questions and provided all we needed to make our purchase very comfortable and well informed. My wife’s long overdue engagement and wedding band is absolutely stunning and I am so happy she finally has a lovely ring to accent her beauty.
