Wanted to get my wife a 15 year anniversary band but needed it expedited due to my procrastination. We did have several weeks but to be sure it would make it I paid an expedite fee. It came right on time and is very high quality. Marie and Katherine both were super responsive and attentive, It felt like they actually cared about us as a customer and about hitting the dates needed for me to have it in time for our anniversary. Next time I needs something, I am 100% going back to these folks.
