Neli was very helpful throughout the process of choosing the engagement ring. We were deciding between several different sapphires and settings. She suggested a video of the sapphires and that, along with the pictures and 3d renderings, helped us make a decision. The ring is so stunning and more exquisite than we could’ve imagined.
