Very good communication! Excellent service from Neli! I am so so so happy so the how the process went. The shipping came fast and the wax mold design helped with making our decision in a band. This process has been so smooth especially since I don’t have a lot of time off work to visit the store in person and live several states away.
*update* The final product just came in and it’s utter perfection, I am so in love with it all. The band is exactly like the wax mold! This has been such an easy process. Amazing quality. I highly recommend Neli she has been nothing but very patient and helpful in every step of the process. Thank you so much!
