Absolutely perfect, honestly at a loss for words. Charlotte helped from start to finish with finding the perfect stone for my now fiancé. After looking at stones over a year ago to actually settling on one, she had made sure to stay in contact and give the same level of support and professionalism from just browsing the market to making sure the ring arrived. The whole experience felt very personalized and genuine. Cant wait to come back to find the best wedding bands!!! 10/10
