Customer service has been helpful. Remember to ask for GIA certificate, stone in different lightings, band width etc. before setting the stone in the ring. I haven’t asked but they might also be able to send a gemstone to you for inspection before you decide to purchase it . FedEx delivery was on time. The ring was beautiful.
