She went thru my requests and get back to me within 1 or 2 work days as there is a time difference (She is in N.Y while I’m in Singapore).
As is a “big” online purchase, I was very cautious in doing this purchase but I only found good feedbacks when I google “The Natural Sapphire Company“. This really assured me to go ahead and make the payment.
For the ring, I got a lot of compliments and was surprise the physical ring looks even more beautiful than in the picture. No regrets!
