I wanted VERY particular stones for a ring I intended – and have since had – made in Birmingham. After a bit of to and fro over the stones and payment, my order was delivered and the stones were beautiful. I have no doubt Erika must have had a hard time with my constant emailing, but she was helpful, courteous and incredibly pleasant to be dealing with. I have a lot of time for a company which deals with such professionalism and I will recommend the Natural Sapphire Company to my nearest and dearest as soon as an opportunity arises!
