My experience here was great. We found a sapphire stone and these guys had no issues sending it to get GIA certified for no extra cost. Lauren worked with me for over 4-months to get the right ring. She never said no. We went through over 20 different settings and renderings (each rendering takes about a day, but fast). I am going back here for more for sure. Thank you Lauren!!
