This was my first time purchasing through Natural Gemstone company and overall it was a great experience. I was interested in a custom piece and the team that reached out with Charlotte leading was so patient, responsive, and professional. In the end I wound up buying the stone i was interested in but got a setting I liked elsewhere. I was never pressured to buy and when I declined to buy the setting, Charlotte was happy for me and offered to send out the certificates for the stone the next day.
