I cannot speak highly enough of the experience we had with The Natural Sapphire Company or Ashley for her assistance every step of the way. I knew I wanted a sapphire when we began discussing rings. Specifically a bicolored sapphire and an East to west setting. I happened to find the perfect oval bicolored stone and a simple East to west setting that was perfect. Imagining the stone in the setting was easy to do with the renderings requested. It is perfect. I did make a mistake on my ring size. But the process to resize was easy and much faster than I expected. Ashley again was happy to assist with this as well with excellent instructions and communication.
