I had a wonderful experience with them in creating an emerald necklace. I provided the chain and design details and was able to pick which emerald and they did the rest. The results were beautiful, one of my favorite necklaces. At every step along the way they were very informative and patient, which was great because I took a bit deciding which emerald I wanted. But they never rushed me and put together models and pictures of what it would look like for me to review. Overall excellent experience, I’d definitely go back!
