It’s always difficult to judge jewelry online, but the Natural Emerald Company has a massive inventory and multiple photos of each stone. Katherine was incredibly helpful in narrowing our selection based on size, shape, color, and clarity. We scheduled a visit to the New York showroom, where we were able to look at dozens of stones in person to make our final selection. After selecting the stone, the rest of the process was a breeze! Katherine communicated through each step, sending a CAD rendering of the final piece and organizing final delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend them, even if you’re unable to view the item in person.
