The Natural Emerald Company’s customer service (e.g., response to questions and follow-up on delivery) and overall delivery (e.g., quality of product and shipping) were superb. I’m a hard-to-please customer, and they were fantastic. I will shop with them again as I trust them to get the large and small details right.
