I was skeptical at first using a online jeweler to make a custom engagement ring. I wanted to use a jeweler that I could physically see the stones but they were so expensive compared to what I was seeing on the natural sapphire website. So went for it and boy am I glad I did. Kathrine Hoyt helped me design and make the most beautiful one of a kind sapphire engagement ring. She never got annoyed with my countless emails, questions, changing my mind on designs 20 times, and never once tried to push me to do something more expensive. I will defiantly be buying form them again and would recommend them 100%
