Just amazing service from start to finish. The ability to pick any gem and setting to build a ring really helps you to make the perfect choice. The gemologist I worked with, Katherine, was very helpful too. The initial sapphire that I wanted ended up being unavailable, but she presented me with an alternative that was even better. I found the final ring to be stunning and more importantly, my girlfriend, now fiancee fell in love with it.
