I had a very enjoyable experience with the Natural Sapphire Company all the way from the UX/UI of the website to the customer service follow-through from Charlotte. I selected a pair of blue sapphire pear shaped earrings that were represented perfectly by the images and videos of the website. The Natural Sapphire Company has a website which is hands down the next best thing to actually seeing the stones and jewelry in person. I was also pleasantly surprised at the box that the earrings arrived in… talk about a showpiece in itself! Charlotte hand packed the earrings along with accompanying gem documentation in a very professional and secure FedEx mailer inside a box all requiring signature for delivery. Upon completion of order, Charlotte began assisting in a potential future selection of some emerald jewelry. Overall, I’d be quick to go back to the Natural Sapphire Company or any of its sister companies and recommend them to friends and family.
