Michael was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process – from meeting with me in his office to see a large selection of sapphires in-person (both several specific sapphires I requested to see and many more he thought may fit the qualities I was looking for), answering my countless questions and requests for additional photos/more information, all the way through to ring design and order fulfillment.
