From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with the Natural Sapphire Company. I worked with Katherine. She was incredibly, helpful and responsive. She explained the process step-by-step and was very transparent all the way through.

The final product was beautiful. I was able to choose the stone and the setting. It was a 30th anniversary present for my wife. She loves it.
