I had a very nice experience purchasing my 1.88 ct emerald pendant in 18k yellow gold from the Natural Emerald Company. Neil kept me updated through the steps of the casting process. From order to arrival, it took approximately 4 weeks. The selection of emeralds is vast on the website and I appreciated the detailed photos and videos of each emerald. I actually went with a lower quality emerald for my setting, yet the overall pendant turned out better than I imagined it would. The emerald I received is the exact one in the photos/videos and the 18k setting was done nicely. The jewelry box it came in is premium/solid (heaviest box I’ve ever had a piece of jewelry arrive in). I also appreciate the premium folder with detailed gemstone reports including the 3D scan, retail replacement value, photos, etc. Even the folder is heavy, the reports are on heavy card-stock paper. This would make for an impressive gift. Please note, the gold chain in the photo is my own, not included with the pendant. The included chain with the pendant (not pictured) is very tiny, probably 1 gram weight, however it was more of a bonus as it was not really advertised the pendant would come with a chain. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my pendant and would recommend this company to anyone looking for nice emerald jewelry they will have for years to come.
