I absolutely love working with The Natural Sapphire Company! I recently purchased a pendant and 2 years ago a ring, both times working with Katherine Hoyt. She was so thorough, accommodating and friendly! The product quality is outstanding and the customer service is top notch. Katherine took photos and videos of various stones I was interested in, and even helped me design a new pendant setting that incorporated elements of two different settings I liked. I would not hesitate to work with her or this company in the future!
