The online agent was wonderful. The company provided me with a high-quality set of images before I purchased so I would know what the ring looked like (I was purchasing over the internet). This was my first internet ring purchase (I usually like to go to a store and look). I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. I would recommend this company to others looking to purchase custom rings. I have purchased many rings for anniversary gifts, and this is one of my favorites.
