ABOVE AND BEYOND! We have purchased several items from NSC, including a custom-designed sapphire necklace and a set of earrings for my niece. The customer service we experienced from each member of the NSC team was terrific! When the custom necklace arrived we were not perfectly happy with the setting (our fault with the design, not the company’s problem) and expressed our concern. Their team allowed us to send the item back and have the setting redone at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. When a set of earrings that we purchased arrived with a bent post due to issues encountered in shipping, the NSC team quickly sent us out a new pair. When that pair didn’t arrive as expected due to the mailman delivering to the wrong house, they sent another pair right away! I can’t think of another company that would go through three sets of earrings to ensure that we got the right product in time for gifting.
