Katherine is amazing! She helped my husband and I pick out a lovely stone and necklace setting as an anniversary/holiday gift. She was help us understand the differences between the stones and helped us navigate the myriad of setting options. We never expected the necklace to arrive in time for Christmas, but Katherine was able to expedite the order.
