I do a lot of purchasing world wide. In case of gems you have to be careful on purchasing online, spend a great deal of money on a product you have not even held in your hands and only seen online and is miles (have way across the world) away.
But after reading a lot of reviews on the NSC, my husband and I decided to purchase a yellow sapphire online. As to say, it was the best decision we took for an online purchase. Working together with Caitlyn on a custom made sapphire ring design took a while, but she is so professional, extremely prompt responding on every question/email I send. I almost have no words to describe this amazing process, it was so worth waiting for the end result! I am so soo in love with my custom made jewelry and as we speak, are working together again on an emerald for custom made ring. I love this company because they really put the clientele first and foremost! They really think along in the possibilities if you have different requests on designs or otherwise. And furthermore absolutely NO problems on shipping/returning’s to EU etc. The NSC is company that is very transparent about their dealings, mining’s, working ethics. I have set my eyes on a ruby and we are waiting for a new shipment on sapphires. The whole experience was excellent!! Can’t rate the service I received highly enough.
