I was very impressed not only with the customer service but also with the selection of gems from the natural gemstone company. I ordered a few topaz and some amethyst and all of them came exactly as pictured online. What you see is what you get and I really liked that. The gems were very clean and marked with the item numbers on the bag. It was also packaged nicely in a gift box. All in all 10/10 experience. Will buy again soon.
