The site was customer friendly and easy to navigate. The stones are fully described, so helps with the decision making…lots of settings to choose from. This was the fourth piece I have purchased, and all of them have been exactly what I was expecting. I was able to email Katherine with any questions I had, and she always replied promptly. The order was completed within the time frame I was given, and delivery was also when promised. I would not hesitate to purchase another item from them…Absolutely LOVE my most recent purchase!!
